Announcement: ISTC Special Day within the framework of EXPO-2017
On June 14, 2017 the International Science and Technology Center will host a Special Day event dedicated to the topic of Future Energy and Bio-Security which will be a part of the International Specialized Exhibition
EXPO 2017 in Astana, Kazakhstan.
This summer, Kazakhstan’s capital Astana will host EXPO 2017 under the aegis of Bureau International des Expositions (BIE). Kazakhstan chose Future Energy as the theme of EXPO 2017 in order to help bring together the global community in their efforts to take action in response to global energy challenges.
As part of its ongoing mission to support regional science, ISTC is working with the Organizers of EXPO 2017 in Kazakhstan to deliver thought provoking technical content for the event that is of a world class nature. The event is an opportunity for experts to share first-hand information about the latest developments in sustainable energy, and offers a unique venue to participate in discussions, both formal and informal, thus facilitating the transfer of knowledge between countries and their science communities.
Moreover, the event will bring together representatives from the world’s energy community, current and former country decision makers, Nobel Prize laureates, outstanding figures from the scientific world, and businessmen.
