Day of Science Workers in Kazakhstan
The ISTC wishes our science and scientist colleagues in Kazakhstan a happy Day of Science Workers. April 12 was decreed as the 'Day of Science Workers" by Presidential Decree on October 20, 2011 and is timed to coincide with the birthday date of Kanysh Imantayevich Satpaev, the first President of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR.
The ISTC salutes Kazakhstan’s scientific community on this Day of Science Workers and is pleased to be a partner of their fundamental and applied research in scientific universities and institutes. The work of a scientist, at all levels, commands respect and admiration and ISTC is pleased to play its part in supporting science in Kazakhstan. Happy Day of Science Workers!
