Save-the-date announcement: Cybersecurity seminar
International Science and Technology Centre in collaboration with the Embassy of Spain in the Republic of Kazakhstan, is pleased to announce the upcoming Cybersecurity Seminar, scheduled to take place on June 17, 2025.
The seminar will feature a keynote speech by Dr. Jose Antonio Alvarez Bermejo, Professor at the University of Almeria (Spain). Participants will engage in discussions on current cybersecurity challenges, emerging technologies, and global best practices, with a particular focus on strengthening cybersecurity resilience in Central Asia, especially Kazakhstan.
Among the other leading experts from academia, international organizations, and diplomatic missions are Michael Lewis, Nazarbayev University, Obadare Peter Adewale (Nigeria/UK, online), Leila Rzayeva, Astana IT University, Mr. Michael Luczak (France, online), Matteo Merinaldo (Italy, online) and others.
This event will provide a valuable platform for professionals, policymakers, researchers, students, and members of the international community to share knowledge and explore innovative strategies that address both regional and global cybersecurity concerns.
