Purpose of the design.

To develop procedures and devices of monitoring of basic physics-engineering parameters of blade machines during their operation with higher characteristics.

However in them the methods and tools of monitoring of a state of machines and aggregates are not reflected during their operation, i.e. in dynamic status. Therefore in the offered design the problem of development of an effective procedure and devices of monitoring of a state of blade machines posed during their operation, which is actual and opportune.

The realization of the offered design to advance in the field of system development of monitoring of blade machines consists in following: the realization writed down in the offered design of problems will allow to expand the scientific information in the field of a nondestructive examination of materials and workpieces, it is essential to improve a procedure, structure and construction of tools of monitoring of a state of blade machines during their operation, that will improve reliability also operational safety of blade machines.

Participants of the design.

The scientific principal of the design – Victor P. Kascheev – candidate tech. Sciences, senior lecturer, expert in the field of synthesis of installations and technological processes of production of components of chemical weapons, development of production and operation of industrial nuclear reactors; the expert in the field of non-destructive techniques, possesses experience of weapon activity. Materials, installations and technological processes necessary for production of components of the chemical weapon and their main intermediate products; development, production, operating characteristics and maintenance of industrial nuclear reactors for production pided and tritium-containing of materials (breeders).

The substituent of the principal of the design – Vasiliy A. Sychik – academician of International Academy of information process engineerings, doctor tech. sciences, professor, the expert in the field of an electronics engineering, electron technologies, methods and tools of a nondestructive examination, has experience of weapon activity: Instruments of induction and handle of missiles on a trajectory from start up to the purpose, including optical and television systems of induction, conductive systems, system нацеливания and acquisition, system automatic, command both homing guidance; the systems and devices of tracing behind the rocket purposes in antirocket resources (switch on, both ground installations, and disposed on air and space carriers).

Other participants of the design – candidates of sciences and doctor of sciences – experts in weapon activity in the field of partitions: Instruments of induction and handle of missiles on a trajectory from start up to the purpose, including optical and television systems of induction, conductive systems, system нацеливания and acquisition, system automatic, command both homing guidance; the systems and devices of tracing behind the rocket purposes in antirocket resources (switch on, both ground installations, and disposed on air and space carriers).

Expected outcomes.

At embodying the purposes, posed in the design, the Task 1. Development of a procedure of monitoring of a state of blade machines during their operation and Task 2 Developments of a circuitry and construction of devices of monitoring of a state of blade machines during their operation. In outcome the effective procedures of a trial of blade machines will be designed, are synthesized structural, function and key diagrams of devices of monitoring of blade machines, the constructions of devices of a trial of blade machines designed, the requests for the patents and papers in the technological log-books are made out, the engineering specifications on devices of a trial of blade machines designed.The generated devices of monitoring of a state of blade machines will have as contrasted to analogs by new tactics–engineering properties, will be shaped structurally on the basis of new methods of a nondestructive examination, that will allow to determine with a split-hair accuracy imperfections of blade machines at stage of their germing. During realization of operations on a theme of the design the participation collaborators in approbation of outcomes of the design for advance in the long term them on the exterior market (agreement on collateral production, interchanging of the technological information) is supposed.

Application of outcomes of the design.

Usage of outcomes of the design as new procedures and devices of a trial of blade machines during their operation will allow to speed up making more perfect blade machines, it is essential to improve a process engineering of their production, to improve reliability operations of blade machines. to eliminate their failures while in service, that is extremely important at monitoring steam (vapour) and combustion turbines on flying and floating meanses, the failures on which are accompanied by human victims.

Correspondence of operations under the design to the purposes ISTC.

The operations on a theme of the design "Development of a procedure and tools of monitoring of engineering parameters of blade machines during their operation "will match to the purposes ISTC, as they are guided on development new, more perfect procedures and devices of an effective control of a state of blade machines during their operation, first of all, of turbines of a different construction and assigning disposed on airplanes and ground vehicles. They will promote a solution of national and international engineering problems in the field of development of new perfect blade machines for thermal power stations, airplanes and ground vehicles.

The execution of the project provides implementation of the following purposes ISTC submitives with bound with the weapon by the scientist both experts of firms and organizations of Republic Belarus possibility for a redirecting of the abilities on peace activity in the field of applied researches. Supports applied researches and development of technologies in the peace purposes with reference to areas of methods both resources of a not destroying control and production of the electric power. Promotes solution of national and international technical problems in the field of development new accomplished of blade machines for thermal power stations and flying meanses.

The data about scope of work.

Total amount on a theme of the design will make 101 man of months at duration of operations - 2 years. The long of participation in the design of the weapon scientists and engineers will make 80 man-months, that is more than 79% from total amount of operations.

The role foreign collaborators:

– information interchange in a course of realization of the project;


– performance of the comments to the annual, total technical records of the performer;
– the involvement with technical check of activity under the project, which is fulfilled by the developers of the project;
– holding of share symposiums and working seminars.

The engineering approach and methodology.

During implementation of the project the solution of the following interdependent tasks is stipulated:

1. "Development of a technique of a control of a status of blade machines during their maintenance.


2. "Development of a circuitry and конструкции of devices of a control of a status of computers during their maintenance".

Execution of the tasks of the project provides usage of outcomes of scientific, experimental researches of his participants, domestic and foreign scientific, resources of computer facilities, process equipment special technical and physical and mathematical literature. For solution of the tasks, set in the project, the development of a new technique of a control, structural and functional key circuits of devices of a control of a status лопаточных of computers, development of a construction of the device, manufacture of a laboratory sample of the device and trial it in industrial conditions is supposed. The engineering specifications on the device of a control of a status of blade machines will be transferred to the customer. At appearance during developments of new outcomes, their design as the patents and papers in scientific and technical magazines will be carried out together with the customer. On subjects of the project his performers have an essential backlog as the monograph, papers in the scientific technical journals, patents, reports on scientific and technical conferences operating experimental is model. The scientific and technical outcomes on a subject of the project are used in related areas RB as a base material for development of new methods and resources of a not destroying control of a status of blade machines.
