Project summary

As the research object is used squirting cucumber (Ecballium elaterium (L.)a. Rich). The project consists of 3 parts: Peculiarities of ontogenetic cycle from seed to seed, dynamic of carbonic acid gas (CO2) conversion into carbohydrates and function of microorganisms in the rizosphere.

Peculiarities of ontogenetic cycle from seed to seed foresees: Studying of the overground and underground parts, in particular, dynamic of growing and development of roots, root-crops, steams, leaves, branches, differentiation of blossoms buds. Formation of generating organs, reductive pision of microsporocits, producing crossright and crosswrong gametes, development of microspors and masculine gametofit. Peculiarities of receipt of polyploid during processing of shooting seeds by different dozes of kolkhicin, duration stratification of seeds, periods of appearance of self-sowings, competition inside and between of variation and development of aminoplastids. Side by side will be studied influence of pollen of squirting cucumber on fruitfulness of garden cucumber. In the end will be built the model of structure and ethnology of research object and will be defined the port of biologic method in influence over holding back CO2 in troposphere in the limit of rate.

Dynamic of carbonic acid gas (CO2) conversion into carbohydrate foresees: Studying of productivity of photosynthesis, intensive absorption of 14C during the photosynthesis, transporting and distribution of photoassimilants over the organs of plant, defining biosynthesis of starch and dissolved carbons. Also defining maintenance of vitamins and proteins in squirting cucumber (Ecballium Elaterium (L.) A. Rich).

Function of microorganisms in the rizosphere foresees: defining in dynamic of quantity and qualitative composition of microorganisms of squirting cucumber in rizosphere. Picking out remote groups, including photosynthesical microorganisms and defining their biochemical activities in synthesis of organic combination, which are stimulate the activity of photosynthesis. Studying of definite toxins of microorganisms and their some metabolite influence on biometrics parameters of research object.
