The premountain and mountain regions of south and south-east of Kazakhstan are the only ones in World, where varieties of apple Aport and pear Forest Beauty possess distinguished trade and flavor qualities and according to these indexes they have no equal to themselves. In spite of it and of world fame of varieties the growing were mainly directed for consumption of them on the local market and inside of country. This not stimulated increase of the volumes of the production and rise of the quality of producing production.
Accumulation in Kazakhstan scientific and commercial experience testify that under conditions of market economy the further formation of horticulture branch is directly connected with the organization of production great trade parties of Aport and Forest Beauty for export. On the production others wide-spread in the World, but ordinary varieties (Golden Delicious, Red Delicious and others), native producers it’s unlikely will be able compete with such developed «horticulture» countries, like Italy, France, Bulgaria and others. Therefore the task is to elaborate effective technologies on growing, storage and processing of Aport and Forest Beauty fruits, providing the delivery of great trade parties of these varieties for export.
Economic and commercial effect is guaranteed by the peculiarity and limiting of production regions, the unsurpassed trade and flavor qualities and also by efficiency of applied technologies of growing, storage and processing of these varieties.
