It is a well-known fact that modern war represents threat for destinies of mankind and for biosphere of a planet causing damages to natural resources, polluting an environment by radioactive and chemical wastes. Intensity of anthropogeneous effect on a nature has reached such scales that began to cause global ecological disbalance. In these conditions life of a modern urban community is characterized by a nervous overstrain, harmful habits and soon due to which it is broken not only physical, but also psychological, moral and social health of the population. All this taken together makes us examine processes in aggregate from the point of view of rational satisfaction of the person’s needs at minimum violations of natural interrelations. To carry out ecological expertise and to study the state of components of natural ecosystems of the environment in frontier and earthquake zones; to develop criteria for a quantitative estimation of zones of ecological trouble, realization of risk analyses of the frontier territories, establishment of the prevailing factor of violation of stability of natural ecosystems and development of measures for restoring of the territories with anthropogeneous impact and earthquakes and monitoring of ecological safety. It is also important to study the state of the population’s health at frontier zones subjected to the consequences of anthropogeneous impact conflicts between Azerbaijan and Karabakh (NKAO) and earthquakes including intact cities being in direct dependence on limiting factors, nervous and psychological strain, economical crisis and others, including “intact” demographic processes provided by ecology. It is also requested to study social and socio-psychological disadaptation of the population, to develop principles and design criteria of socio-cultural and industrial objects; to create socio-ecological conceptual models preventing anthropogeneous impact. Alongside with it is necessary to study legal field and to develop situation model according to blocks for fixation of unified conceptual mathematical model of the situation.
During researches it is expected to receive theoretical and methodological principles of the development, first of all, creation respective models for similar investigations and solution of socio-ecological and public health problems in other countries of the world with their specific features. Alongside with it criteria of prediction of diseases and principles of preventive treatment have been developed for definition of measures on preventing negative influence of harmful factors on a state of health of the population. Besides, the legal estimation of ecological consequences will be given and the mathematical model of an investigation situation is fulfilled and given.
The obtained results will have the following application:
- the model on restoring of broken ecosystems and health of the population may be applied in regions with anthropogeneous impact;
- the given work will promote to ecologization of international relations;
- in the end it will be possible to offer variants of reorientation of the industrial and production complex, social sphere and culture taking into account ecological and other factors as consequences with anthropogeneous impact.
Basing on scientific and applied value of investigated questions the complex of solutions as the package of documents is expected to define which will help social, public, state and other structures and institutes with the further activity at solution of the complex of tasks connected to local an regional with anthropogeneous impact. Materials of the given investigation can be used in military medicine, public health (sanitary and epidemic stations, clinics, hospitals) stress centers, sociological institutions and agencies of the Ministry of Ecology, etc. Professional competence of the participants is indisputable for commitment of the fixed problems. The foreign collaborator will take part in discussion of the plans, realization of conferences and workshops during the whole period of the project commitment which is equal to 36 months (3 years).
