Dutch Ambassador Visits ISTC
On November 6, the new Ambassador of the Netherlands to Russia, Ron Keller, visited the ISTC with his Senior Advisor for Science, Education and Cultural Affairs, Pavel Kouzmine, to discuss collaboration opportunities for Dutch companies and other organizations in the field of science and technology.
The ISTC Executive Director, Adriaan van der Meer, declared “We already have a close collaboration with many Dutch companies, universities and research institutes, and I am sure that we will keep developing our ties following this meeting.”
In total about 40 Dutch organizations (universities, institutes, and companies), have collaborated or are actively collaborating on 118 science projects in various fields such as space and aeronautics, nuclear and laser technologies.

The International Science and Technology Center (ISTC) is an intergovernmental organization connecting scientists from Kazakhstan, Armenia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Georgia with their peers and research organizations in the EU, Japan, Republic of Korea, Norway and the United States.
ISTC facilitates international science projects and assists the global scientific and business community to source and engage with CIS and Georgian institutes that develop or possess an excellence of scientific know-how.
